These fabulous Victorian portrait earrings are set in 18k yellow gold with 14k yellow screw backs. They date from the 1880s and are of Indian original. Possessing entrancing whimsy, this hand painted earrings are beautifully detailed. The fully hand painted earrings have a woman on one earring and the man on the other earring looking like they come from Royalty. They are clad in traditional garb from the period. The tear drop solid gold frame really highlights the enchanting silhouettes. The earrings have a ornate border of a braided gold all around. The earring measures 2" x 1/2" wide at its widest point. They weigh 13.89 grams. They are made for non pierced ears.
