This graceful Victorian locket is set in 14k yellow gold. It dates from the 1880’s. The large oval locket is intricately stunning in the center with an ornate design. Within the design framework the center is dotted with a circle of diamonds and graced with small luminescent pearls filling in the center and bottom. This breathtaking locket ignites an eternal memento. It opens and has space for 2 pictures. It is attached to an exquisite chain. The diamonds have a total approx. weight of .50 ct. The pearls are approx. 4 mm and 2 mm respectively. The chain measure 20” x 1/8" wide. The locket measure 1 3/4” long x 1 3/8" wide. The bale measures an additional 1/2". It weighs 51.53 grams total. The locket weighs 38.81 grams and the chain weighs 12.72 grams. It is marked 14k on the chain. A sparkling burst of vintage style.
