1940's Ruby, Sapphire and Diamond Flower Brooch
The captivating ruby, sapphire and diamond flower brooch has dreamy feel to it. It dates from the 1940's. It is set in 14k yellow gold. The foundation of the gold coiled stems are the perfect segue for the 2 sides of the flower, each holding gorgeous round cherry red rubies and cobalt blue round sapphires that are emanating from the gold. It all gracefully blooms out of the golden stem which is wrapped in diamonds. The total approx. weight of the rubies is 1.50 ct. The total approx. weight of the sapphires is 1.25 ct. The total approx. diamond weight is .10 ct. The diamonds are H in color and VS2 in clarity. This is enticing appeal all swathed up into a pin. The pin weighs 32.12 2grams. It measures 3” long and 2” wide at its widest point.
