This fabulous vintage Tiffany brooch is the infamous heart made legendary by Tiffany & Co. It is set in 18k yellow gold. It is designed by iconic Paloma Picasso. On the left side of the heart is a dazzling curve of round diamonds. The diamonds have a total approx. weight of .75 ct. They are F in color and VS1 in clarity. The infamous heart brooch has a carefree, magical feel. It measures 1 3/4" long and 1 1/2" wide. It weighs weigh 17.24 grams. It is are marked Tiffany & Co, 750and Paloma Picasso.
